Effective School Meetings

Making Meetings More Effective

Over recent months, I’ve been thrilled to work closely with my great friend Stuart Gillis on a number of school leadership development programmes.

A common pressure faced by school leaders is that of time. Or should we say the lack of time it feels they have in which to complete their heavy workloads. Yet schools are also notorious for lengthy and dare we say, sometimes unproductive meetings. It doesn’t have to be like that.

In a recent podcast, for Cambridge Marketing College, described by the producer as the best he’s ever worked on, Stuart explain how meetings can be transformed from unproductive to highly effective.

Using the proven Time to Think framework, Stuart and I have been helping school leadership teams take their meeting effectiveness to new levels. Take a listen to the podcast to understand how.
